Upon completion of the data deletion process, all personal information associated with your account, profile, including CVs and work history, will be permanently removed from our records and databases.
5. Confirmation:
After your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email from our Data Protection Officer confirming the successful completion of the data deletion request.
6. Exceptions:
Please note that certain information may be exempt from deletion if retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.
7. Recovery of Data:
Once your data has been deleted, we will not be able to recover it. If you wish to continue using our workforce solutions in the future, you may need to create a new profile.
8. Data Deletion for Job Applications:
If you applied for any job positions through our platform, and you want your application data deleted, please specify the details of the application in your data deletion request.
